Marriage must constantly fight against a monster which devours everything: "ROUTINE"
Honore de Balzac
“A child reminds us that playtime is an essential part of our daily routine.”

Chains do not hold a marriage together. It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads which sew people together through the years. Simone Signoret

another fascinating work, bravo!

This is beautiful. I love the curvilinear lines. And the sentiment that marriage is woven together.

Lisa, this is incredible - I just got so lost in the amazing details: the little sewing basket with needles and threads, and the clothes and buttons and the tiny sewing-picture with a scene that looks like it's flown from a fairy-tale. And I love the quotes so much. Whenever I come here feeling a little lost, I am so much filled with hope and a new burst of energy - thank you so much for sharing your beautiful, wonderful work:-)
